“Remember your Creator in the days of your youth!” Ecclesiastes 12:1
CCF ALIVE is something on God’s heart and our hearts. We want to gather the 18-29-year-olds to look to God in worship, build community, notice the world around us, ask questions, laugh and cry together, dive into the word of God, and remember our Creator in the days of our youth. Join us on TUESDAYS at 7PM!
CCF’s general vision is Reaching Up, Reaching In, and Reaching Out. In line with that, CCF ALIVE has three key elements: Worship & Word – Community – Beyond.
We will acknowledge our Creator, enjoy community, and celebrate life together. Find us on FACEBOOK.
MISSION: CCF ALIVE exists to be a safe, certain, and consistent place for young adults to grow into Christ likeness by cultivating a transformative and God-centered community.
VISION: Our vision is for young adults to come alive as we engage with God, one another, and the world around us.
Prayer is a powerful weapon in spiritual warfare and the Holy Spirit is urging the body of Christ to be praying in this critical hour. Join Nancy Nash as she facilitates prayer for the church and for the nation. The group meets each Sunday morning at 9:45 AM in N1 (North Buildings) for an hour of intense and fervent prayer.
Heaven, Earth, and the Restoration of Everything You Love
LUANN HICKEY – North Buildings, Room N2
Come and explore with me what the Bible says about “the renewal of all things,” including the earth you love, every precious part of it, and your own story. The climax of the entire Bible takes place with these words: “I am making everything new!”
TERRY HOWLETT – North Buildings, Room N3
Throughout history, American pastors and churches have played a vital role in establishing our Constitutional Republic and preserving religious and civil liberty. Daniel Webster said, “History is God’s providence in human affairs. Whatever makes people good Christians, makes them good citizens.” Each week, we’ll take a journey through the Bible and American history to rediscover the divine principles preached from pulpits that made America the most free and prosperous missionary sending nation on earth.
The Book of Acts (Acts of the Apostles)
DAVID DEFEBBO – North Buildings, Room N4
The Book of Acts is not so much about the work of the Apostles, but its more about what Jesus continues to do in and through His Church. What is He doing in you? What is He doing through you? Or, are you not even sure He is doing anything at all? With these thoughts in mind, we will read, discuss, learn and receive, what Jesus Christ may want to do in us and yes, through us, His Church.
Our Refresh classes meet every Sunday from 9:45am-10:45am
