• 9:00 AM: PREP 101: “Be Prepared: A Practical Guide to Surviving Local Emergencies” 🧰🚨

These sessions have been specifically requested by attendees who haven’t been active in the program for at least the past several months. Prep 101 is a prerequisite to attend 201. Each course builds on the content presented in the previous course. The initial introductory course is referred to as “Preparation 101,” or simply PREP 101 for short. PREP 101 is designed to introduce the concept of readiness for local disasters or emergencies, to highlight the importance of personal responsibility, and to show how to ensure that you and your family are equipped to handle any of the all-too-common East Texas short-duration emergencies. ​
