East Texas is subject to a number of natural emergency events that are often accompanied by a power outage of some varying duration. This course has been designed to help the participant think through what would be needed in the first 3 days of such an event. Being prepared for such an event will not only help you to provide for yourself and your family, but better enable you to help others who may be less prepared. All are welcome.
