Event Description
- What you’ll learn: Grain types and nutrition, natural and alternative sweeteners, healthy oils & fats and their effects on health.
- Hands‑on experience: Knead and bake your own whole‑grain bread; taste muffins made in class & enjoy a surprise. (Please bring an apron.)
- Additional coverage: Overview of other baked goods and how ingredients/techniques change outcomes.
- Takeaways: Printed recipes for all items and an optional recommended book for further reading.
