A 10-Session Bible Study with Jen Wilkin: God of Deliverance (Exodus 1-18)
“Blessed be the Lord, who has delivered you.” — Exodus 18:10
Step into the powerful story of God’s deliverance in the book of Exodus. Once protected under Joseph’s leadership, the children of Israel eventually found themselves enslaved in Egypt. Yet even in their suffering, God was at work—raising up Moses to lead His people from bondage to freedom so they could worship Him.
The Exodus shapes the story of the entire Bible, with themes that echo all the way to Revelation. In Exodus 1–18, we see the birth of a nation guided by the Great Deliverer—and we discover that Israel’s story is also our story. The same faithful God who rescued His people from Egypt rescues us from slavery to sin and calls us to worship Him alone.
In this 10-session, verse-by-verse study, Jen Wilkin helps us understand God’s character, His covenant faithfulness, and His redemptive plan that points forward to Christ.
