My wife and I moved from Denver in 1981 to attend a Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM. It was one of the very first DTS school held at Twin Oaks Ranch. There were so many in attendance, we were not able to meet inside the building and the class was moved outside to the parking lot.
In time, Millynne and I became involved at the Last Days Ministries. I am a printer graphic artist by trade. I was asked to establish a print school at the Last Days facility to train different missionaries in that skill. Eventually, we began setting up print shops in other countries. This enabled the different churches to print Christian literature and earn additional income.
Basically, the Lord led us to Texas and once here, we decided to stay. It is really a nice place. I have a great deal of respect for the leadership of CCF and I am honored to serve the congregation as an elder. My desire is to influence others through council and with friendship. I strive to live my life in accordance to Biblical principles so that others will glorify the Lord because of my life, and I look forward to serving you for the next four years. May God receive all the glory. Whether you come because of the pastor’s preaching or if it is the really good chili, I am thankful for your commitment to Christ.
