Women’s Class – LUANN HICKEY – STUDYING GOD’S WORD -North Building – N1
Women, join us as we seek to uncover the enemy’s unique strategies against women. We will better understand and cooperate with God as he trains our hands for battle for the sake of the next generation. Our focus is on applying God’s word to our lives as He gives fresh revelation by His Spirit. Come and join us on this journey through the Word of God. (Class is located in N1.)
MEN’S CLASS – DAVE DEFEBBO – WHAT DOES YOUR WALK LOOK LIKE? -North Building – N2
Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; Walk before Me, and be blameless” (Gen 17:1). The Bible is God’s written record concerning the who, what, when, where, why and how of man, and of God Himself. For us to know and understand Him, God provided us with a “written” record, the Bible, and it comes to us in two distinct parts: the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old and New Testament are primarily the revelation of God and His interactions with mankind. (Class is located in N2.)
MARRIAGE & FAMILY CLASS – DAVID & VANESSA RAINWATER – TURNING THE TITANIC -Fellowship Hall
There are few opportunities you have to minister to the world today greater than that which exists within and through your own family. In this marriage and family class, we will examine some key areas where we as Christians may be off of God’s designed course for family and marriage, as well as examine some key areas that may be left open for interpretation. We will specifically focus on the secular culture’s influence on families and marriage and look at how you can begin to develop a “bigger picture,” generational mindset in how you approach your nuclear and extended family, beginning with long-term goals in mind as you set a new course. More than anything, we want those who attend this class to leave with a sense that they can turn the tide of their family for generations and take a stand in a secularized society, leaving lasting impact. The class is geared to benefit those from almost any station in life. (Class is in the Fellowship Hall.)
BIBLE CLASS – MARCOS DOS SANTOS – CHRISTIAN GROWTH AND MATURITY II -North Building – N3
The Christian Growth and Maturity II class explores the characteristics of mature Christians and how you can become one as well. We will examine the teaching of Jesus, the letters of the Apostles and the lives of people in the Old Testament that showed maturity in different circumstances of life. Come and join us for an exciting time of discovery, learning together and fellowship. (Class is located in N3.)
